DETROIT – Boston College cornerback Elijah Jones was selected with the 90th overall pick in the third round of the 2024 NFL Draft by the Arizona Cardinals on Friday night. Jones' selection marks the 223rd all-time BC player drafted and the 10th consecutive year an Eagle has been drafted in the NFL.
Jones was a First Team All-ACC selection in 2023. He led the ACC with five interceptions and 13 passes defended. Jones started all nine games played and earned a 86.6 defensive grade and 89.8 coverage from, sixth in the country, from PFF.
